Fix Your Eyes on Jesus

Day 10

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,

You are present in Your word, Jesus. As I turn toward these verses, prepare my heart, spirit, body, and mind. Let your presence flow from these words, through my pen, and into my heart. I love you, Jesus.

For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Mark 10:45

Jesus, You came, not to be served, but to serve and You did so to the point of death. You gave all of Yourself for us, holding nothing back. Right now, I’m overwhelmed and tired. I am trying so hard to serve my family in this time. I feel like I have given all I can and I have no relief. When I begin to feel like I don’t want to give anymore, remind me how much You gave of Yourself for me. You gave everything, and You can continue to give me what I need. Today, give me the strength, desire, and joy of serving my family.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,

Amen.
